Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any application or service provided by Curbly Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including Curbly, AeroCurbly, SnapCopy, DriveClock, Honest File Converter, and DriveTestWatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Where an individual service publishes its own service-specific terms (for example, the DriveTestWatch Terms), those terms provide additional detail for that service.
Use of Our Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt to access them by automated means where prohibited, or use them to infringe the rights of others. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit to our services, such as photos you upload for processing. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service you requested. Curbly Labs retains all ownership of the applications, branding, and underlying technology.
Payments
Some services are offered as one-time purchases and others as subscriptions; pricing and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase in each app or website. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law, purchases are non-refundable; contact us if something went wrong and we will make it right where we reasonably can.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curbly Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to a service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before discontinuing a paid service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
