Curbly Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates consumer applications and services, including Curbly, AeroCurbly, SnapCopy, DriveClock, Honest File Converter, and DriveTestWatch. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate the services you request — including processing the content you submit, sending the alerts and notifications you sign up for, processing payments, responding to support requests, and improving our products. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS Messaging (DriveTestWatch)

DriveTestWatch offers optional, transactional SMS alerts about California DMV behind-the-wheel appointment openings. Customers opt in on the DriveTestWatch website by providing a mobile number and affirmatively checking a separate, unchecked consent box. Message frequency varies based on appointment availability and the customer's scan settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are in the DriveTestWatch Privacy Policy and the SMS opt-in documentation.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and protected with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit. We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service you requested or as required by law, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

Third-Party Services

We use service providers solely to perform services on our behalf — such as cloud hosting, payment processing, message delivery, and email delivery. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to us and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including mobile numbers and SMS consent data — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
