Curbly Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates consumer applications and services, including Curbly, AeroCurbly, SnapCopy, DriveClock, Honest File Converter, DriveTestWatch, and California Camp Watcher. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps and services. Where an individual service publishes its own privacy policy, that policy provides additional detail for that service and is consistent with this one. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide each service: contact details you provide (such as an email address and, for optional DriveTestWatch or California Camp Watcher SMS alerts, a mobile phone number), content you submit for processing (such as photos you upload in our photo tools), preferences you configure (such as the DMV offices and date windows you ask DriveTestWatch to monitor, or the campgrounds, campsites, and dates you ask California Camp Watcher to monitor), and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the services. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate the services you request — including processing the content you submit, sending the alerts and notifications you sign up for, processing payments, responding to support requests, and improving our products. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS Messaging

DriveTestWatch offers optional transactional SMS alerts about California DMV behind-the-wheel appointment openings. California Camp Watcher offers optional transactional SMS alerts about California state-park campsite availability and scheduled release times. Customers opt in within the applicable service by providing a mobile number and affirmatively checking a separate, unchecked SMS consent box. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of either service.

Message frequency varies based on availability and each customer's scan settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Neither program sends marketing or promotional messages.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and protected with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit. We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service you requested or as required by law, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

Third-Party Services

We use service providers solely to perform services on our behalf — such as cloud hosting, payment processing, message delivery, and email delivery. They may process information only as needed to provide those services to us and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including mobile numbers and SMS consent data — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
